She puts Joe Biden in the "reasonable" column. That would be the same Joe Biden who is helping the Iranian theocracy sleep sound at nights by threatening to introduce an impeachment measure if President Bush should attack their nuclear sites.
Meanwhile, Iran is buying a sophisticated air defense system from China, which will quite possibly result in a lot of additional deaths of American airmen at some future date.
I also think Biden is one of the most arrogant politicians on the national scene.
